DAY 1: HO CHI MINH - ARRIVAL [DINNER]

Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Meet Vietspace Travel guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City formerly called Saigon.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

A full day city tour of the dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Sai Gon by many locals, including the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, old Sai Gon Post Office, History Museum. After lunch visit a lacquer ware factory, pass the bustling China town, where over half million of Chinese people make their living for more than 200 years, visit the colorful Thien Hau temple, and the busiest and wholesales Cho Lon market. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY - VINH LONG [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Leave Ho Chi Minh city for Vinh Long, then take a boat trip to Cai Be, lunch at Uncle Sau Giao garden. Then a boat trip to nearby spots following small river and canals for visits to: temples, self-made local artifact factories (tiles, tofu jam, blacksmiths, husking rice, boats…). Overnight in farmer’s house. Have a first sleepless in Vietnam.

DAY 4: VINH LONG - HO CHI MINH CITY [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Wake up in the early morning and enjoy the fresh air of the morning in the countryside. After breakfast, visit local made firms: rice paper, snacks…, paddle boat. Whole sale big boats at Cai Be floating market will be seen in the trip, and recognize what they sell through its wooden poles hanging samples of their products... Back up to HCMC. Overnight in HCMC.

DAY 5: HO CHI MINH CITY - DA LAT [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Full day heading up to Southern Central Highland Da Lat, the famous region for its French architectures, European temperature region dotted with lakes, waterfalls and industrial plants: coffee and tea. After driving couple of hours passing through rubber plantations. Arrive at Da Lat, transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight in Da Lat.

DAY 6: DA LAT - NHA TRANG [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Leave Da Lat in the morning for Nha Trang, down the Ngoan Muc pass visit to the most well maintained Cham tower in Phan Rang, the thirteenth-century-Poklongiarai tower. Arrive in Nha Trang, the city of Nha Trangis famous for its beautiful beach, covering an area of 15 kms long situated in the Southern Central of Vietnam. Free at leisure and overnight in Nha Trang.

DAY 7: NHA TRANG [BREAKFAST]

DAY 8: NHA TRANG / DA NANG - HOI AN [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Take a flight to Danang, soon arrived transfer to Hoi An ancient Town, stop at Da Nang to visit the Cham museum containing the finest collection of Cham sculpture in the world. Continue to Hoi An stopping to visit Marble Mountains, five sacred hills containing dozens of Buddhist shrines and caves along, the beautiful Non Nuoc beach. In the village, you can see all the marble stone turned into art by the elaborate hands of locals. On arrival in Hoi An transfer to hotel. The afternoon to take a boat trip on Thu Bon river for visiting handicraft villages. The evening is free to relax perhaps browsing for souvenirs in Hoi An’s galleries and silk shops. Overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 9: HOI AN [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Hoi An was a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries and its architecture and relaxed lifestyle have changed little over the years-here the atmosphere is like home sweets home. Take a walking tour of the ancient town center to visit the former merchants’ homes, the 400 - year old Japanese covered bridge, the Chinese temples. A market tour after lunch, you will experience most of popular spices, herbs, vegetable, ingredients and so more at a traditional market.

DAY 10: HOI AN - HUE [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

After breakfast, leave Hoi An for Hue. The scenic route climbs over the Hai Van pass (the pass of ocean clouds) before descending down to the wonderful photogenic fishing village of Lang Co. Arrive in Hue. A boat trips on the romantic Perfume River visit the best-known religious site, Thien Mu pagoda. Keep on cruising up stream to the most majestic of royal tombs is the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang. Off the water to the elaborate mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc. Overnight in Hue.

DAY 11: HUE / HA NOI (Flight) [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

In the morning, visit the Imperial Citadel from Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. After lunch, transfer to Hue Airport  for departure. Arrive in Ha Noi. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 12: HA NOI - CITY TOUR [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Full day city tour of Vietnam’s capital, known as the city of lakes, green trees, old architectures ... of Vietnam. The tour includes the most highlight sights such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where his body is kept here, stilt house where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, one pillar pagoda which was built by the King Ly Thai Tong who ruled from 1028 to 1054. Temple of Literature was founded in 1070 dedicated to Confucius, and in order to educate sons of mandarins, The Vietnam’s first university was also established here in 1076. Ethnology museum is well worth observing the depth of cultural diversity of Vietnam’s 54 minority groups; the museum exhibits collections of art and everyday objects gathered from through out Vietnam. Visit Central (Hoan Kiem) Lake and Old Quarter. Enjoy a water puppet show in the evening. Overnight in Ha Noi. 

DAY 13: HANOI - HALONG [BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER]

Leave in the morning for Halong, en route enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, Green rice paddies, and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Ha Long city check in onboard at noon for beginning an unforgettable excursion in Ha Long bay. Stay on board overnight.

DAY 14: HA LONG - HANOI [BRUNCH/DINNER]

Wake up in the early morning for waiting the sunrise on Ha Long bay. Continue tour Halong Bay on the junk on the emerald water of Ha Long bay, among the 3,000 spectacular limestone islands and isles, an unparalleled beauty of nature. The cruise ends with a brunch on board. A return journey to Ha Noi. Visit a pottery and ceramic village on route. On arrival in Ha Noi, check in hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 15: HANOI - DEPARTURE [BREAKFAST]

At leisure until transfer to Noi Bai airport for onward flight.
