From 15 July to 18 July 2011, Vietspace Travel received and organised MICE group for over 580 guests of Allen & Gledhill company from Singapore.
Allen & Gledhill group is one of the largest law companies in Singapore, it was founded by Rowland Allen and Joseph Gledhill in 1902.
After consideration seriously, Allen & Gledhill has selected Vietspace Travel and a partner in Singapore to organize events for their employees in HCMC.
On 18 July, our Singapore partner has sent their evaluation on the professional of Vietspace Travel: "We did not expect anything better for your excellent organization, from the experienced executives who are enthusiastic and helpful to assist our clients from 8am to 7pm throughout the afternoon, to all professional guides who are always on time. Not only all employees of Vietspace Travel did their job well, but also all the booking clerks at the sightseeing are always willing and happy to welcome the delegation to visit.
All of the coordination has created successfully and they remain a very good image for the group.

We are at the airport finishing our journey in vietnam.
I would like to thank you for your cooperation : this journey was very well organized.
If some friends of mine want to organize a trip in vietnam, I will recommend your agency.
This is our comments for the last part of our holidays.
Concerning HCMC,
- we were a little bit disappointed by the hotel : the Rex looks like a 4* hotel rather than a 5*
- the guide was very interesting
- the driver was ok
Concerning Phan Thiet,
- the hotel was Ok with very nice room, but not enough activity.

We wish thank you so much for the organization of our wonderful Vietnam holiday. We really enjoyed Vietnam, especially its people and beautiful food.
All guides were very good, especially Mr Hung, whose good English and vast experience helped a lot.
We appreciated all the accommodation houses, especially the Grand, Flower Garden, Victoria and Vinh Hung Resort.

How are you ?
I got very good feedback of client Duijm. They are very happy and content about the trip.
Accommodation was good, the guides were very nice, all transport well arranged, good program.
There was one minor point:
Staff at reception in Hotel Le Duy , SGN was not so friendly to client.
They gave Group very small rooms for the First night. Luckily the 2nd night they gave a big triple room.

The lobby has such impressive traditional
HOI AN :
This resort is really beautiful. Free shuttle to Hoi An town. The beach is idyllic.
The grounds are fantastic and it’s all very peaceful and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
PHAN THIET : Dynasty resort
We really liked Mui Ne, but mainly because of the resort that gave us the real holiday feeling.
The staff were very friendly and helpful who really make us feel at home. And this was one of the best places we stayed at..it is just a great place to relax. The grounds of the resort is well-landscaped with fishes in ponds & a swimming pool right next to a beach. You feel like you are in your own little island.

Thank you very much for the photos. It looks like there is simply no way I could get my hand phone back anymore. Sigh……..
Feedback for you- the staffs are very pleased with the arrangements that Vietspace has planned for them including my Chairman, Directors & General Manager, although the hotel could have done a bit better in their service level which fell a bit short…
I might visit HCMC again the near future & I hope to catch up with you too. Until then, take care & best of health to you & your family.
